Beginner Step-By-Step Route

2

Build a Cooking Fire to solve food and healing pressure

Create a safe place to process food before longer trips.

  1. Place a Cooking Fire near your safe area.
  2. Cook early food such as meat or gathered ingredients.
  3. Carry food before entering POIs so you do not waste time retreating.

Prepared food keeps exploration moving better than emergency raw food.

3

Build a Workbench because it unlocks the core progression

Open early tools, processed materials, and starter crafting.

  1. Make the Workbench your first important station.
  2. Use it for basics like planks, rope, tools, and processed materials.
  3. When an item says Crafted By, check which station level it needs.

When stuck, open the item detail page and read Where To Find, Crafted By, and Ingredients.

4

Prepare Bandages and Aloe Leaf before combat

Bring healing before camps, caves, or longer routes.

  1. Gather Aloe Leaf and other healing ingredients.
  2. Craft Bandages or the best healing item you have unlocked.
  3. Put healing on your hotbar so you can react during fights.

Do not enter a new camp at low health. Step back, heal, then return.

5

Start clearing nearby POIs for XP and loot

Use Discovery as a route planner instead of wandering randomly.

  1. Open Discovery and inspect Coastal Jungle points of interest.
  2. Start with useful resource POIs like Boar Lair, Jungle Cave, and Copper Deposit.
  3. Empty every chest so the POI completion counter can progress.

POIs are not just loot spots. They are the path to better tools and materials.

6

Push toward Copper and better tools

Enter the next resource tier and prepare for the Foothills.

  1. Get Copper Ore from Copper Deposit or Jungle Cave.
  2. Turn it into Copper Ingot after unlocking the related station.
  3. Use Copper for stronger tools, then start chasing harder resources.

If you cannot find a material, check Where To Find first, then Video Guide when available.
